Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday) after purchase. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, promotional periods, or other peak seasons.
Product Origin
At ZORAEX, transparency is important to us. While many of our products are shipped from local warehouses, some items may be fulfilled from international warehouse locations, including China, depending on current stock availability. This allows us to maintain product availability and continue offering a wide selection of quality items.
Estimated Delivery Time
After processing, orders usually arrive within 5–12 business days (Monday through Friday), depending on the destination and courier service. Please note that delivery estimates do not include possible delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other factors outside our control.
Delivery Delays
If your order is delayed, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. In most cases, delays occur after the package has left our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier. While we do not control courier operations, we will do our best to assist you with tracking and support whenever needed.
Order Cancellation
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing your order.
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it promptly. However, if more than 24 hours have passed or the package has already been shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel the order.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. ZORAEX is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address submitted by the customer.
Please review your order confirmation carefully and notify us within 24 hours if any corrections are needed. We will do our best to update the shipping details before your order is dispatched.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this information to follow your package during transit.
